'NED' PART 2

If you read the last blog topic, you will have noted that I had thrown a pair of scissors that stuck in the wall next to Ned after his provocation of me....In my early childhood I carried jack knives and became over theyears a 'connossieur' of knives, blades, swords, etc. and had indulged in not only ifn the art of carrying concealed knives(re-inforced by some of the movies I had seen since babyhood)in grade and high school plus making some similar 'useful instruments' and 'utensils' with razor blades, as well as having an interest in throwing knives, spears, sticks, stones, etc. I also carried a sort of 'brass knuckle' ring/circle of actual brass or copper(very shiny) and a light metal chain also, to fend off bullies that used to accost me now and then since,at that time, I was small and slender and considered 'delicate' 'a most 'splendid' target.......for such...as when I lived in the city I was considered a 'hick' or a 'country' boy and when in the country, I was considered a 'city' boy etc. and thus was an excellent person to consider for occasional 'amusemen...consequently, I tend to have an a certain degree of 'egotistical individualism of specific idiocy' as a result of all this 'migration' in early school days and later in life.. However, at the time of my 'military endeavors' with Ned, I was 'aconfirmed advocate' of the 'Fairbairn,Do or Die,Kill or Be Killed' School of which I had become most interested in during my college days, when browsing through the lib rary stacks and finding some publications of such...and later also at the post library which had a good fill of such to consider and expand upon... NED, at the time I knew him, was an heir to a 13 million Dollar legacy left to him, along with his mother and brother, by his grandfather, his mother's father, who had created, invented and patented a certain 'starched shirt' process used by certain and nearly all clothing manufacturers of the 40's & 50's on into perhaps the sixties and seventies.... As a result of his precocious knowledge of this coming legacy at a certain point in his life and also during the time when his military services to the nation would end,he lived his life in eager anticipation of getting his share adn acted accordingly, such as, running up bills in sotres and bars and other places merely by brandishing the papers proving and indicating his coming inheritance and never, or seldom ever, wore the same shirt twice...depositing them quite often int the trash or garbage cans....especially when he was drunk.... Not only did he deposit shirts but also socks, pants, hats, belts, neckties, etc. and other assorted fineries that made up his civilian wardrobe usually after, maybe at most, three, possibly four times of wearing....
